Low cal, high taste, seafood salad. Can be made with either shrimp or crab, or a combo of the two
Ingredients:
4 oz crab, or shrimp, cut into bite size chunks
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp french dressing
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Serve on bread for a sandwich, or on lettuce as a salad.
