Julia's Lasagna

Mix of a lot of different recipes.
Ingredients:
4 no-boil lasagna noodles
1/2 lb ground beef
10 ounces spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Brown meat, and drain. add Spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, seasonings and water. Stir, and boil. Once boiling turn off and remove from heat.
2. In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, and parmesan, stir well.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. In a round or square baking dish with cover, spoon 1/3 sauce mix. place 2 noodles over, and spread half of cottage cheese mix on top.
5. Sprinkle with half of Mozz cheese, spoon half remaining sauce over cheese, and layer last 2 noodles.
6. place rest of cheese mix and mozz on top and ocver with last of sauce.
7. Cover and bake 40 minutes or until middle is bubbly.
