This is low fat and no added sugar. You can use full fat ingredients is you wish. This is a super easy dessert and travels well.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
Directions:
1. Blend together crushed pineapple and cream cheese.
2. Add pudding mix and stir well.
3. Add drained chunk pineapple and Cool Whip. Stir well. Put into a 9x9 pan. Chill.
4. For a 9x13 pan just double everything.
