Here is the quick stir-fry we make on nights with limited cooking time. It's quick easy and really healthy!
Ingredients:
9.36 cups frozen vegetables
2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 chicken fillets
7 1/2 cups rice
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Mince the Garlic and dice the Chicken Breast
2. Add the minced garlic to a hot wok
3. Add the diced chicken breast to the wok
4. When the chicken is mostly cooked add the frozen veggies
5. When everything is cooked add the teriyaki sauce
6. Toss and serve over the steamed rice
