This makes more a pancake style breakfast food.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 ounces buttermilk
1 1/8 cups milk
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients & mix well.
2. In separate bowl, combine eggs & milk.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
4. Drizzle in butter.
5. Ladle 2 oz on to hot griddle.
6. Flip as you would a pancake, and finish cooking.
7. Top with maple syrup or your favorite fruit.
