This tastes pretty much like pumpkin pie. Despite the cream cheese it is nothing like a cheesecake.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
5 eggs
1 splenda quick pack sweetener
15 oz. pumpkin
1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
1. Put the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into a 6x8 greased glass baking dish.
3. Bake at 350ยบ about 40 minutes or until the center feels firm and a knife inserted in the center comes out relatively clean. Cool, and then chill before serving.
