From . Made with 1 C ketchup and less chicken (maybe 1.5 lbs). Everyone devoured it! There is no time on the recipe, and I didn't make it, so just guessing there.
Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or 3 lbs chicken pieces
4 teaspoons oil
2 large onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons oil, plus extra if needed
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 cups tomato sauce or 2 cups ketchup
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar (i used apple cider vinegar)
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce or 2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Saute chicken in hot oil until golden brown; remove from pan and drain.
2. Pour off oil from pan and add rest of the ingredients, stirring until pan brownings are disolved.
3. Add chicken and cook on low heat until tender.
