A cool tossed salad
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce
2 cucumbers
1 bunch radish
1 small red onion
3 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 ounce red wine vinegar
1/2 ounce olive oil
2 ounces of good croutons
Directions:
1. Cut up all vegetables with a non-reactive knife.
2. place in bowl add vinegar and oil and toss.
3. let set in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld together, and serve cool with crouton's.
