This recipe is from the Jim 'N Nicks BBQ chain located in the Southeast as well as Colorado. Not regularly available at the restaurant, it is offered during their Taco Tuesday special on one of the featured tacos. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt |
3 tablespoons black pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together until thoroughly incorporated. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
