This is an awesome salsa. It's hot, but I like hot foods. I absolutely love this and can't get enough of it.
Ingredients:
1 jicama
1 large vidalia onion
2 small carrots optional
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 fresh jalapenos
5 dried anchos
2 dried habaneras
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Peel the jicama, onion and carrot and dice.
2. Throw everything in the blender and grind to your liking.
3. Let stand or refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let everything meld.
