Ingredients:
5 cups shredded napa cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups matchstick cut jicama
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tbs. celery seeds
1 tbs. sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well. Cover and set aside until serving.
