Ingredients:
1 cup diced jicama
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover; let stand at room temperature 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Serve with fish.
