Ingredients:
2 cups diced peeled jícama (about 1 small)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 poblano chile, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup)
