Jicama-Orange Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups julienne-sliced jicama
5 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Combine sour cream, lime juice, oil and salt in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk.
4. Just before serving, drain jicama mixture.
5. Pour dressing over jicama mixture; toss gently.
