jicama Salad
Ingredients:
4 ounces onion
9 ounces tomato
17 1/2 ounces jicama
4 ounces green pepper
1 1/2 ounces cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces lime juice
2 cups
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients, except beans, into small cubes and toss with lime juice, salt and pepper.
2. Add black beans and serve chilled.
