Fresh summer salad, jicama, apple, carrot
Ingredients:
5 oz apple
60 g carrots
12 oz jicama
10 g mint
4 g parsley
2 t lime juice
1 t apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except jicama. After adjusting for seasonings, add jicama and lightly toss. This will ensure a crunchy jicama texture for immediate service. The jicama will lose its stiffness once tossed.
