Ingredients:
1 tbsp water
1/2 large yellow onion, diced
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup brown basmati rice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp orange zest
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup crasins
Directions:
1. Heat a large, nonstick pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the water and onion amd cook 6-7 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients except pepper and Craisins. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 40 minutes.
5. Stir in pepper and Craisins, recover and cook 5 minutes longer.
6. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before fluffing and serving.
