I had to bake something sweet for Valentines day and this is what I came up with. Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (i had betty crocker) |
4 eggs |
4 serving size strawberry jell-o |
1 3/4 cup oil |
3/4 cup strawberry nectar(jumex) |
powdered sugar for glaze |
more strawberry nectar |
Directions:
1. Grease & flour 10 inch tube pan.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Empty cake mix into large mixing bowl
4. Add oil, nectar, strawberry jell-o, eggs and mix well
5. Pour into prepared pan.

7. Frosting
8. ***************************
9. 2 cups powdered sugar
10. strawberry nectar
11. Add enough nectar to make frosting the consistency you want
