Jetts Healthy Cabbage Soup

A healthy soup that tastes great with a few drops of some hot sauce! Cornbread also is great with this!
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
2 quarts water
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1/2 onion chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 head cabbage chopped
1 can tomatoes( i use chili ready)
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
Directions:
1. In large stockpot, add garlic, onion and olive oil.
2. Stir until onions are transparent.
3. Add water and the chicken bouillon.
4. Combine the other ingredients and stir well.
5. Watch carefully so it won't boil over in the pot.
6. Cook until the cabbage is done.
7. Add hot sauce to your liking.
