Jetts Chunky Dunk Butter Biscuit Dips

Tender tidbits of biscuit dough baked in BUTTER! Oh my!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups + 1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place butter in 9 x 13 baking dish and melt in oven.
3. Take dish out of the oven when butter has melted.
4. Meanwhile, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
5. Add milk and stir with fork just until moistened.
6. Turn onto floured board and roll into rectangle approximately 9 x 13
7. Score with knife into 1/4 strips lengthwise and crosswise every 2 , going almost but not quite thru the dough.
8. Lift scored dough(in 2 halves is easiest)on pancake turners and place on melted butter in baking dish
9. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes
