Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) tahini
1/2 cup(s) lowfat plain yogurt
1 whole(s) large cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced
1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes diced
3/4 cup(s) fresh parsley chopped
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1 clove(s) garlic minced
Directions:
1. Mix chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix tahini, yogurt, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour tahini mix over the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley and toss.
