Jerk Seasoning (Caribbean )

use on pork or beef or in Beef Jerk Burgers ( Caribbean) along with a side of Caribbean Coleslaw for a great summer meal combination.
Ingredients:
6 green onions, chopped fine
3 scotch bonnet peppers, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon fresh ground allspice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Seed the peppers, peel the garlic.
2. Add everything to a blender or processor and blend well.
3. Store in a covered container.
4. Use for basting on pork or beef.
