Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped scallion, including green parts
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 -6 scotch bonnet peppers or 4 -6 habanero peppers, minced fine
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Using a motar and pestle or a food processor, combine all ingredients and grind to a paste.
