Jens Spanish Rice

This is a family favorite and so easy to make. I hope all of you enjoy it as much as we do.
Ingredients:
1 cup of long grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 small onion- diced
1 small bell pepper diced
5-tbsp picante sauce (i use pace)
olive oil- slightly pour over rice (not too much)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a medium sauce pan on medium high, combine rice, olive oil, onion, and bell pepper. Saute until rice becomes lightly brown. Pour in chicken broth and other ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
