This makes one 9X13 pan of lasagna. The leaner the ground beef and the thicker the spaghetti sauce, the less runny the lasagna.
Ingredients:
1 lb. beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, crumbles
16 oz of nonfat cottage cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. mozarella cheese, grated
12 oz noodles, egg, dry, enriched
28 oz prego spaghetti sauce
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. Cook noodles.
2. Layer all ingredients (2 layers of everything) in pan, cheese should always be the top layer.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for an hour or so until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
