From a Weight Watchers message board. I usually substitute green onion for chives because I don't always have the green onion on hand. 1 serving = 3 tablespoons
Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup minced green onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
