Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef
1 can(s) (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can(s) (14 oz) diced tomatoes with herbs
1 can(s) (14 oz) red kidney beans
1 can(s) (14 oz) black beans
3 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
4 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) roasted red bell peppers chopped
1 cup(s) frozen corn kernels
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon(s) penzey's southwest seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) red chili pepper ground
1 tablespoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) pepper ground
1 guajillo dried pepper
1 tablespoon(s) oregano
Directions:
1. Heat a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, and cook until mostly browned. Add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Remove bay leaf and Guajillo pepper before serving.
