Fat free, low calorie banana bread
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup applesauce
2 bananas
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs milk
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbs cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix.
3. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
