Ingredients:
2 cup(s) beef broth
1-10 ounce(s) can rotel
2-11 ounce(s) cans kidney beans
2-16 ounce(s) cans stewed tomatoes
2 pound(s) extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup(s) grated cheese
1 whole(s) onion, chopped
1-2 ounce(s) packet hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
1-1.25 ounce(s) taco seasoning mix
Directions:
1. Combine the ground beef and onions in a large soup kettle. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Drain fat. Add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and simmer 2-3 hours. Add more water or broth if soup becomes too thick. Serve with chips and sour cream.
