Jb's Cuban Black Beans & Rice

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes
3 cups black beans, cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups white rice
Directions:
1. Heat oil and sautee first 3 ingredients; add cumin and oregeno and simmer 1 minute.
2. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Sever over rice.
