I definitely just made this up a few minutes ago... I was craving something sweet and crunchy, but not too unhealthy. I think this is pretty good!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup puffed wheat cereal
2 teaspoons brown sugar (or more or less if you want)
cinnamon (to taste)
Directions:
1. Mix and enjoy! Not too bad for a quick, sweet, relatively low cal snack!
