Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice, uncooked
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup quick-cooking barley
1 teaspoon fine chopped peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
2. In med saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
3. Add rice and all ingredients.
4. Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
5. Cook for 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
