Jasmine Rice

Soft, light, sweet and floral. Goes well with Asian dishes.
Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice
1 1/2 cups water (or jasmine tea)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
Directions:
1. Bring water, salt, and butter to a boil.
2. Stir in rice with a fork.
3. Bring back to a boil, then cut heat to simmer.
4. Cover (do not take off lid to check on rice, or stir, you may get gummy rice, if you do!) and cook for 15 minutes.
