Jarrod's Crockpot Creole Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
10 skinless & boneless chicken thighs
1 ham steak (16 ounces) cut into 1 inch pieces
2 can(s) diced tomatoes (16 oz. cans)
1 can(s) tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 green bell peppers diced
1 bunch(es) scallions chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
8 dash(es) hot pepper sauce
2 pound(s) turkey kielbasi sliced into links and browned
4 cup(s) chicken stock
2 cup(s) uncooked long grain rice
Directions:
1. Into a crockpot, place the chicken thighs, ham pieces, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, diced green peppers, chopped scallions, salt and hot pepper sauce. Cook on LOW for 4 - 5 hours. Brown kielbasi in a little olive oil and add to crockpot. On the stove, cook rice in chicken stock for time designated on package. Add rice to crockpot. Cook additional 1 hour. Adjust salt and add additional hot pepper sauce to taste.
