Japanese Tofu Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1/4 lb soft tofu, drained
1 tablespoon japanese dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Directions:
1. Do not use light sesame cooking oil for this. You need to use the dark Asian sesame oil.
2. Place in blender.
3. Blend for 1 minute.
4. chill or serve immed.
