Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sake
1 cup chablis
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer together.
2. 25 minutes, cool and put into containers.
