Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, saki & crushed red pepper flakes, in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat wok or electric frying pan to medium heat.
  4. Heat oil, add steak strips and stir until beef is browned (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Push beef to one side.
  6. On the other side, add scallions and peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add cabbage and sprouts.
  8. Stir-fry about 1 minute.
  9. Sprinkle soy mixture over meat and vegetables still keeping the beef separate.
  10. Cook for 1 minute.
  11. Place rice on plates; add beef and vegetables.
  12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
