Japanese Salad Dressing

We love the dressing from our favorite Japanese restaurant and this is as close as we could come to duplicating it.
Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves
2 cups onions, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Keep refrigerated.
3. I'm guessing on the amount of servings. I guess it depends on how much dressing you like on your salad.
