When looking for a Japanese-style salad dressing I found this one. It is very nice on thinly sliced vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill.
3. Keeps well in the fridge.
