Super tasty. Best too with rice!
Ingredients:
15 pieces tiger prawns
2 teaspoons kikkoman soy sauce
3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
1. 1. Cut prawns into three parts, separating the head, body and tail See Photo. (I prefer not to use the head).
2. 2. Saute garlic in butter until golden brown. See Photo
3. 3. Add in the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Flavor to taste as needed.
4. 4. Add in your prawn parts and stir fry for about 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
