Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut off wing tips.
  2. Cut wings in two.
  3. Dip in egg, roll in flour and pan fry until golden brown.
  4. Mix sauce and pour over wings in a baking dish.
  5. Place in a 350F oven.
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice.
