Jan's Vichy Carrots

If you have kids that don't like their vegetables, they will love this.
Ingredients:
1 bunch carrot
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
salt
pepper
fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Peel the carrots and peel them very thin.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
3. Add the carrots and blend well.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Steam over low heat just until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
6. Place in bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. Serve.
