Jans Roasted Garlic And Sun-dried Tomato Spread

This recipe was taken from Bon Appetit magazine several years ago. Right off the bat you know it's going to be good with all that garlic!
Ingredients:
2 large heads garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 3oz. pkg. feta cheese (about 1/2 cup) crumbled.
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 4oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped.
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted lightly and chopped.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.Cut off top quarter of garlic heads to expose cloves.
2. Arrange garlic heads in center of large piece of foil.
3. Drizzle each head with 1/2 tsp. olive oil and completely enclose in foil.
4. Roast garlic in oven for 45 min.
5. Carefully open foil and cool garlic.
6. Gently squeeze out pulp from each clove into bowl and mash with fork.
7. Add cream cheese and feta stirring until blended.
8. Stir in oregano, tomatoes and walnuts.
9. Chill up to one day. erve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
