Jan's Key Lime Pie

Delicious and tart this pie is very refreshing. Use only juice that specifically says key lime juice. Egg whites can be beaten with sugar and added to top if desired.
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine condensed milk, egg yolks and juice and blend with mixer until smooth.
2. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Let stand 10 minutes and refrigerate.
