This super easy and yummy teriyaki is SO good. We have raised our own beef for eons, but some cuts I just never knew how to cook. My friend put this together and shared it with me. Now, we've discovered the wonderful taste of London Broil, flank steak and the like...when they are properly prepared! The secret's in the SAUCE!
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice (or one small can that comes in a six pack)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil then cool. As a marinade, the longer the meat is marinaded, the tastier! Refrigerate if not going to be used immediately.
2. I have used this recipe without boiling, as well, and it works great!
