Ingredients:
948 grams of water
1360 grams of potato, diced, with skin
126 grams of evaporated milk
56 grams of smart balance buttery spread
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in water until tender.
2. Drain
3. Put back in the pot on low heat.
4. Add milk and butter, salt and pepper.
5. Mash to favorite consistency making sure to mix in the butter and milk as you mash.
