Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried leaf thyme
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper or 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Run on fish, chicken or vegetables 1 hour before cooking.
