Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp clove, ground

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle over meat and rub inches Let meat sit in fridge for a couple hours before grilling.
