Ingredients:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Rub spice mixture evenly over chicken.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
4. Coat pan with cooking spray.
5. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
