This Jalapeño Popper dip is a favorite of mine. It's very easy to make, and goes well on thinly sliced baguette, chips, or crackers
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
1/4 cup green chilies, diced
1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
pinch of chili powder
pinch of smoked paprika
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a casserole dish, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, chilies, jalapeños, and spices.
2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter until crumbly.
3. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the dip and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until top is browned and the dip is bubbly.
4. Serve with chips, crackers, thinly sliced baguette, or veggies.
